The Pembleton T24 is a new, meticulously hand-crafted cycle car, compliant with strict modern safety requirements, that combines the charm of the past with the performance of the present.
Much of its inspiration come from the 1920’s, not only aesthetically, but in Pembleton's whole approach. The coach-built bodywork, is hand formed, drilled and riveted to their chassis, each of which is manufactured in-house using a precise jig. The result is a stunning exterior that captures the spirit of a vintage car without the hassle that comes with it. Traditional craftsmanship is at our core, but not at the expense of modern technology.
An electronically managed and fuel injected 748cc V-Twin engine is the beating heart of the T24 and as the car weighs in at a scarcely believable 361kg, a 0-60mph (97km/h) of under 8 seconds can be achieved. It is, apparently, one of the lightest production cars ever built. Power to weight ratio is 218bhp per tonne.
Sensible driving, easier said than done in the T24, can result in a fuel consumption of up to 60mpg. Fuel tank range is over 350 miles. 270mm inboard disc brakes at the front and fully adjustable independant suspension all round give a safe and comfortable ride.
Moving to the interior, behind the adjustable seats you'll find a generous and lockable boot space to ensure your valuables stay safe and secure. At 200 litres in capacity, it's more than enough for a couple of weekend bags with space to spare. In addition to the boot space there is a large glovebox plus a fully adjustable steering wheel and twin USB & 12v charging sockets.
